Booking Enquiry
Who Can Book The Radcliffe Centre?
The site is available to members of Girlguiding, The Trefoil Guild, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award scheme and other youth based organisations.
Our booking system is live and shows up to date information for all current bookings.
Time-slots Available
We have availability to book The Radcliffe Centre in two different ways.
You can book one or more 5 hour timeslots from 8am to 1pm, 1pm to 6pm or 6pm to 11pm, during which your activity will take place.
You can also book for an overnight stay for one or more nights.
Fees and Info
2027 The prices for residential overnight stays are £14 per person per night, including leaders. There is a minimum fee per night of £140.
Overnight residential booking enquiries are not confirmed until a non-returnable booking fee of £140 per night has been received. The dates may be taken by someone else if you don't make a prompt payment.
The price for a non-residential booking varies, depending on the time required and the frequency of your booking (weekly / monthly etc.) Once we have received your booking enquiry you will be sent a fee for your booking, which you will need to accept to continue.
Day time and evening booking enquiries are not confirmed until a non-returnable booking fee of 50% of the final amount has been received. The time-slot may be taken by someone else if you don't make a prompt payment.

Bookings Calendar
To make a booking enquiry, search for the dates you require, to check if they are available and click on all those time-slots.
If you are looking for a weekend the make sure to include the Friday 6pm slot as well as all slots on the Saturday and Sunday. You will normally be able to arrive at 4pm on the Friday for a weekend slot if the time is available. Once you have selected all the time-slots then click on the blue "Next" button.
Dates with a white background indicate that all time slots for that day are fully booked.
Dates witha grey background indicate that one or more time slot is still available.
